Bulgarian cuisine is no longer traditions in food preparation imposed through thirteen century history of Bulgaria, under the influence of various factors - geographical, climatic and cultural, customs, lifestyle, religion, socio- economic development and the impact of other national kitchens.
Characteristic of Bulgarian cuisine is perfect combination of meat and vegetables, cooked legumes and vegetables, as well as the relevant type of fat, resulting in yield dishes with great nutritional value, specific flavor.
